쫑쫑사다리 개인정보처리방침

쫑쫑사다리(이하 "앱", 개발자: Clickpl)는 사다리타기·룰렛·점심 메뉴로 무언가를 정하는 앱입니다. 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 연락처, 정확한 위치를 수집하지 않으며 회원 가입과 로그인이 없습니다.

1. 기기 안에만 저장되는 것

• 사용자가 적은 이름·항목·제목, 저장한 목록, 최근 결과(10개), 오늘의 점심, 설정(소리, 진동, 테마, 연출)은 사용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 앱은 이 내용을 개발자나 다른 누구에게도 보내지 않습니다.
• 결과는 기기 안에서 정해지며, 이를 위해 인터넷이나 서버를 쓰지 않습니다.
• "백업 내보내기"는 사용자가 직접 고른 위치에 파일을 저장하는 기능이며 앱이 그 파일을 전송하지 않습니다.

2. 결과 공유

• "공유"를 누르면 앱이 기기 안에서 결과 이미지와 짧은 글을 만들고 안드로이드 공유 창을 엽니다. 이미지에는 사용자가 적은 이름·항목이 들어갈 수 있습니다.
• 보낼 앱과 받는 사람은 사용자가 고르고, 보내는 것도 사용자입니다. 앱은 공유 내용을 따로 저장하거나 전송하지 않습니다.

3. 광고(Google AdMob)

• 앱은 화면 아래 배너 광고와, 결과 화면을 떠날 때 가끔 나오는 전면 광고를 보여 주기 위해 Google AdMob을 사용합니다.
• AdMob은 광고 ID, 기기 정보, 대략적인 위치(IP 주소 기준), 광고 상호작용 정보를 수집해 광고 제공과 측정, 부정 클릭 방지에 사용할 수 있습니다.
• 유럽 경제 지역 등 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 처음 실행할 때 광고 동의 창이 뜨며, 설정의 "광고 개인정보 설정"에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다. 광고 ID는 기기 설정에서 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다.
• AdMob이 처리하는 정보는 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 인터넷이 없으면 광고만 나오지 않고 앱의 모든 기능은 그대로 쓸 수 있습니다.

4. 권한

진동(결과가 열릴 때 짧게, 설정에서 끌 수 있음)과 광고에 필요한 인터넷·네트워크 상태·광고 ID 권한만 씁니다.

5. 지우기

앱 → 설정 → "모든 기록 지우기"로 목록·최근 결과·오늘의 점심을 지울 수 있고, 앱을 지우면 기기 안의 모든 데이터가 지워집니다. 개발자는 사용자 데이터를 서버에 갖고 있지 않으므로 따로 지울 것이 없습니다.

6. 문의와 바뀔 때

문의는 clickpl.company@gmail.com으로 보내 주세요. 받은 메일은 문의 응대에만 쓰고, 이메일 주소와 내용은 답변 후 1년이 지나면 삭제합니다. 이 방침이 바뀌면 앱 업데이트와 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 알립니다.

Plopsy Ladder Privacy Policy

Plopsy Ladder (the "app", developer: Clickpl) helps you decide things with a ladder draw, a spin wheel and a lunch picker. It does not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts or precise location, and there is no sign-up or login.

1. Stored only on your device

• The names, items and titles you type, your saved lists, recent results (up to 10), today's lunch and your settings (sound, vibration, theme, animations) are stored only on your device. The app does not send them to the developer or anyone else.
• Results are decided on your device. No internet or server is used for this.
• "Export backup" saves a file to a location you choose. The app does not send that file anywhere.

2. Sharing results

• When you tap "Share", the app creates a result image and a short text on your device and opens the Android share sheet. The image may include names and items you typed.
• You choose the app and the people to send it to, and you send it. The app does not store or transmit what you share.

3. Ads (Google AdMob)

• The app uses Google AdMob to show a banner at the bottom of the screen and an occasional full-screen ad when you leave a result screen.
• AdMob may collect the advertising ID, device information, approximate location (based on IP address) and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud.
• In regions where consent is required (such as the European Economic Area), a consent form appears on first launch, and you can change your choice anytime in Settings → "Ad privacy settings". You can reset your advertising ID or turn off personalized ads in your device settings.
• Information processed by AdMob is subject to the Google Privacy Policy. Without internet, only the ads stop; every feature of the app still works.

4. Permissions

The app uses vibration (a short buzz when a result opens, can be turned off in Settings) and the internet, network state and advertising ID permissions needed for ads.

5. Deleting your data

In the app, Settings → "Clear all lists and history" deletes your lists, recent results and today's lunch. Uninstalling the app deletes all data on your device. The developer keeps no user data on a server, so there is nothing else to delete.

6. Contact and changes

Contact: clickpl.company@gmail.com. Emails are used only to reply, and the address and content are deleted one year after the reply. If this policy changes, we will announce it with a new effective date in an app update and on this page.

ぽてりんあみだ プライバシーポリシー

ぽてりんあみだ（以下「アプリ」、開発者：Clickpl）は、あみだくじ・ルーレット・ランチ決めで物事を決めるアプリです。名前、メールアドレス、電話番号、連絡先、正確な位置情報は収集せず、会員登録やログインもありません。

1. 端末の中だけに保存するもの

• 入力した名前・項目・タイトル、保存したリスト、最近の結果（10件）、今日のランチ、設定（音、振動、テーマ、演出）は端末の中だけに保存されます。アプリはこれらを開発者や他の誰にも送信しません。
• 結果は端末の中で決まり、そのためにインターネットやサーバーは使いません。
• 「バックアップを書き出す」は利用者が選んだ場所にファイルを保存する機能で、アプリがそのファイルを送信することはありません。

2. 結果の共有

• 「共有」を押すと、アプリが端末の中で結果の画像と短い文を作り、Android の共有画面を開きます。画像には入力した名前・項目が入ることがあります。
• 送るアプリと相手を選び、送信するのは利用者です。アプリは共有内容を保存・送信しません。

3. 広告（Google AdMob）

• アプリは画面下のバナー広告と、結果画面を離れるときにときどき表示される全画面広告のために Google AdMob を使います。
• AdMob は広告 ID、端末情報、おおよその位置（IP アドレスによる）、広告の操作情報を収集し、広告の配信・測定・不正クリック防止に使うことがあります。
• 欧州経済領域など同意が必要な地域では、初回起動時に広告の同意画面が表示され、設定の「広告のプライバシー設定」からいつでも変更できます。広告 ID は端末の設定でリセットしたり、パーソナライズ広告をオフにしたりできます。
• AdMob が処理する情報は Google プライバシーポリシーに従います。インターネットがなくても広告が出ないだけで、アプリの機能はすべて使えます。

4. 権限

振動（結果が開くときに短く、設定でオフにできます）と、広告に必要なインターネット・ネットワーク状態・広告 ID の権限だけを使います。

5. データの削除

アプリの設定 →「すべての記録を消す」でリスト・最近の結果・今日のランチを消せます。アプリを削除すると端末の中のデータはすべて消えます。開発者はサーバーに利用者のデータを持っていないため、ほかに消すものはありません。

6. お問い合わせと変更

お問い合わせは clickpl.company@gmail.com へ。いただいたメールは返信のためだけに使い、メールアドレスと内容は返信から1年後に削除します。このポリシーが変わるときは、アプリの更新とこのページで施行日とともにお知らせします。
